We are also aware of the role of deforestation in the global climate crisis. Therefore, as Enerjisa Üretim, we plant saplings 10 thousand times our age every year with the "HER FİDAN BİR UMUT" project that we started in 2020. We work with the help of our volunteers for the dream of living on a green earth together. This dream is becoming true with more than

A Green And Equal World: Our Education Programs For Women Students

The Sustainable Development Goals that is aimed to be achieved by the year of 2030, set by the United Nations includes goals about social gender equality and reduce inequalities. The Sustainable Development goals, which are aimed to be achieved by the United Nations by 2030, include the items "ensuring gender equality" and "reducing inequalities". At Enerjisa Üretim, we work to prepare female students for the workforce in order to support national and global sustainable development goals. Therefore, we implement education programs tailored to female students.

With the academic support of Sabancı University Executive Development Unit and Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center, we annually support female students from all over Turkey in their career journeys through our "Womentum" program. This initiative covers key areas such as sustainability in education, entry into the energy sector, personal development, finance, and digital literacy. We touch on important topics such as sustainability in education, entry into the energy sector, personal development, finance and digital 101. With the "Women Converting Wind into Energy Program", we aim to increase women's employment in RES (Wind Power Plant) fields by creating opportunities for our newly graduated female engineers.

Our Agrivoltaic Project Where We Evaluate Turkey's Potentials

Agrivoltaic farming, which has started to be implemented in Turkey under the leadership of Enerjisa Üretim, is one of the significant applications initiated for a sustainable future. Agrivoltaic practices enable simultaneous energy production and agricultural output, significantly enhancing productivity and resource utilization in food production.

Agrivoltaic farming serves as an important tool in mitigating the effects of temperature increases due to climate change by providing shading from solar panels, thereby balancing temperatures and reducing evaporation, leading to increased crop yields. Moreover, effective management of water usage is achieved through the shading provided by panels. This is particularly beneficial in regions with high temperatures, minimizing the impacts of drought.

This practice, in which we pioneered the use of renewable energy in agriculture in cooperation with Komsuköy, enables both agricultural activities and energy production in the same unit square meter. We aim to expand our agrivoltaic agriculture project, which offers a unique opportunity for sustainable agriculture and energy, in many parts of our country in the coming years. These efforts will provide us with valuable know-how regarding the outcomes of our practices conducted under different climate conditions, which we plan to share academically and make accessible to all stakeholders.

Furthermore, agrivoltaic initiatives will continue in suitable areas alongside other solar energy projects at the Bandırma Solar Power Plant base in the future.

Respect For The Biological Cycle: Our Honey Forest And Beekeeping Projects

We understand that the path to a sustainable future lies in preserving biodiversity. Therefore, through our "Protection of Bees and Development of Beekeeping" project, we are implementing projects such as "Honey Forests Establishment" and "Beekeeping Training and Collective Fight Against Diseases." in Kahramanmaraş Göksun and Çanakkale Eceabat, By these comprehensive projects, we aim to contribute to the needs of forest ecosystems and the preservation of biodiversity.

Our Goals To Contribute To Local Farmers And Biodiversity

Through our protocol with Tufanbeyli Plant and Adana Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, we aim to transform disadvantaged rural areas into advantageous ones. In this context, we supply certified clover seeds to local farmers in Tufanbeyli and carry out various projects under the "Development of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants" project. At Enerjisa Üretim, we continue our efforts tirelessly for a future where sustainability is paramount. We meticulously strive to create environmentally friendly policies in our production activities and aim to contribute to national and global sustainability goals in all projects we engage in.
